Ali Hadidi
As an applied linguist, Dr. Ali Hadidi teaches academic English, social science, and humanities to English language learners. He has designed and taught several English for academic purposes courses which are offered in the Department of Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. His courses help students build a foundation in critical thinking, analytic reading, professional speaking, and argumentative writing. Being a trained engineer, he has also taught scholarly writing to graduate engineering students in the Writing Department. He has an active research agenda in academic writing.
