Our wide range of training sessions will help you to navigate many of the technological tools at your disposal in LA&PS. Training sessions are a great opportunity for new users to get the support they need getting started, and for experienced users to refresh and brush up on their skills.

eClass

We offer a number of training sessions for instructors using eClass. Find more about our sessions on introductory content, communications & groups, quizzes and assignments, grades & the eClass Gradebook, schedule & attendance tools, importing content from existing eClass course(s), support for teaching assistants, Turnitin integration.

Zoom is York's designated online conferencing service and can be a great option to deliver a live lecture or meet with your students. Our training covers integration in eClass, saving meetings, access & security and how to use zoom to support an interactive online classroom.

We are proud to work with our university partners to offer a LA&PS specific WordPress training. Training covers technical aspects of the Gutenberg Editor and tips to ensure your content is on brand and accessible.
