It discusses these constitutional law topics in detail and provides analyses of their transformation from traditional structures to the current phenomena. The volumes focus on constitutional topics as changing phenomena, offer in-depth comparative analyses at the national, regional and universal level, consider the international context, and reveal the cultural, historical and social relation between topics.
