Hali Farah is a Manager, Diversity & Inclusion | People Experience, in the People & Equity Division, at the City of Toronto. Reporting to the Director of People Experience within the People & Equity Division, the Manager, Workforce Equity and NextGen Programs leads a team of professionals and is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive EDI framework that reflects the City's commitment to advancing workforce equity. The framework will include the methodology for measuring and reporting on progress. Working closely with City Divisions, Senior Management, Human Resources, Unions, associations, relevant community partners and other internal and external stakeholders, the Manager will monitor the implementation of this framework and ensure compliance with the City’s related legislative obligations and commitments.
