The Schulich School of Business and York Faculty of Science have partnered to offer a program for high-achieving students that provides workshops, networking activities, and guest talks for students who want to explore the option of applying their science degree to a management career.


What is the Science + Schulich Pathway to (MMgt) Program?

Pathway to the Master of Management (MMgt) Program lets you explore the benefits of a management degree in an informed manner. While you earn your Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) degree, students gain entry to Schulich engagement events specifically tailored for Pathway to the Master of Management (MMgt) Program participants.


What makes this program different?

While in their Honours Bachelor of Science degree program, Pathway students gain access to Schulich School engagement activities. They’re able to explore the benefits of combining a management degree with their science degree, thus helping them define potential career opportunities post-graduation. Other benefits:

  • A simplified early application process to the Schulich Master of Management (MMgt) program
  • Application components waived, including application fees
  • An early conditional offer of admission to the MMgt program prior to beginning your undergraduate degree at York University

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for the Pathway to the Master of Management, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Direct entry from high school
  • Minimum 85% average
  • Meet the English proficiency requirement
  • Completion of a supplementary application
  • Admitted to the Faculty of Science program

Note: Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.


How to Apply

The supplementary application for the Pathway Program is open, and the deadline for submission is March 3, 2023.
