The Galway Exchange Program

Are you interested in doing a semester abroad in the third year of your CCY degree? CCY is proud to offer students an opportunity to attend classes at the University of Galway, Ireland. Established in 1845, the University of Galway is one of Ireland’s oldest and most prestigious universities, with a distinguished record in teaching and research. It is listed among the top 30 most beautiful campuses in Europe. Galway is popularly known as “Ireland’s Cultural Heart” and is one of Ireland’s most popular student cities, with a strong tradition in the arts and music!

This exchange is only open to Children, Childhood & Youth Studies students; students will receive credits towards their CCY degree. Students have the choice to attend in the Fall or Winter semester, from early September to mid-December, or from early January to early May, respectively.
