South Korea: The Politics of Youth and Old Age

This Study Abroad course focuses on the politics of youth and old age in South Korea. The theme of the course is that an ageing population impacts youth as much as the elderly. As such, the course studies the political debates and cultural shifts - including intergenerational conflicts - that arise with a rapidly ageing population. Not open to: Students who have completed less than 60 credits. Notes: This is a Study Abroad course that requires students to travel to South Korea for four weeks.
