Talk Description:

Bats are a fascinating group of animals found all over the world.
There are more than 1200 species and they do everything from pollenating crops and dispersing seeds,
to fishing in oceans and hunting insects and other small animals, some are even vampires.
They are the only mammals that can fly and are massively important in our economies and deeply embedded in many cultures.
This talk uses pictures to explore their biology and importance in society.
