Every year in September our student and alumni associations offer a warm welcome to our incoming Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) and Master of Public Policy and Administration (MPPAL) students. The event is a great opportunity to make new friends, receive guidance from peers on what to expect and how to navigate our programs and the University, as well as meet our faculty members in a more relaxed social setting.
Starting with Success is our students’ first networking event in the circle of approachable alumni and an opportunity to hone the relevant skills for all the events throughout the academic year that provide the platforms to meet other professionals in the broader public and non-profit sectors.
We set our students up for success both in the classrooms and outside, and encourage everyone to make the most of the rich spectrum of extra-curricular activities that we offer. Bonus: You get to create those special friendships that last a life-time!
