DARE Project: Explaining Skill Gaps in Canada: Adult Learning and Inequality

This research experience will help me prepare become the Economist I want to be by giving me a hands on experience in working on complex data set.
Project Description:
The research is about exploring the GAP in proficiency of Canadian Adults using PIAAC data.
We used many variables including gender and immigration status, among others, to see whether they are associated with proficiency levels.
We also tried to remove bias by relying on controlling for confounders.
