DARE Project: The 4-Day Workweek: An Idea Whose Time Has Come

My research focuses on the viability and benefits of a four-day workweek. It examines the potential of rearranging labour schemes to achieve various social, environmental and economic goals while improving the way people experience and perceive work. This research draws from a robust foundation of international and domestic research conducted over five decades. I hope to affirm a hypothesis for which policy can be utilized to support the movement, catalyzing a shift in Canada for workers across industries.
