DARE Project: The Political Strategy of Ansar Allah

I hope that this research sheds on the complex nature of Ansar Allah within the Middle East. May this research insight critical engagement with how this movement aims to be understood and represented through ideology and political forefronts.

Project Description:

• Determine what Ansar Allah seek politically and ideologically
• Discern the role of Iran
• Consider the response of the Yemeni population to the authoritarian governance practices of Ansar Allah
• Ascertain the connection between the bombing campaign by the Saudi-led coalition and this authoritarianism
• Evaluate the recent military campaign in Yemen begun by the US within the context of the catastrophic devastation to Yemen
