This program works with our Undeclared Major (UNMA) students by learning about their needs and suggesting goals to meet those needs. Our team ensures that suggestions work for the student by adjusting plan based on student feedback. Referrals are provided to students based on their goals/interests. We then conduct follow-up check-ins to review how the students’ goals progress and provide any additional support.

This program is initiated from any of the following scenarios:
- Our team automatically reaches out to students in their 3rd and 2nd year as an UNMA.
- Student (from any year) reaches out directly to request support.
- YU Explore Peer Leader connects their students with our program.
- Faculty/Staff/Advising connects the students to our program.
Note: All conversations will remain confidential within our Student Success Team, unless the student discloses harm to self or others.
