Awarded to two Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies students who have distinguished themselves in the areas of volunteer contributions, service and leadership. The award honours a student's contributions towards enhancing the York community and making it a better place to learn, work and grow.
The Outstanding Student Leadership Award honours student leaders in the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies for exceptional contribution to an undergraduate student association in the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies. It recognizes outstanding achievement in enhancing the quality of the undergraduate student experience through leadership, commitment and innovation.
Awarded annually to students for the best essay on 1000-, 2000-, 3000-, 4000-level courses and for the best thesis.
