Throughout his career, Hasnain has successfully built and led high performing teams. Over the course of nearly twenty years with IBM Canada, he held a range of leadership and executive roles across the sales and finance organizations supporting public and private sector customers. Prior to joining ISM Canada, he led IBM Canada’s Technical Support Services division where he was responsible for their transformation into a leading-edge open source support organization built on data analytics and artificial intelligence.
