He has over 10 years of experience in the financial services and industrial sector, leading several strategic initiatives in Information Technology, Information Systems Audit, Cyber Security, Risk, Cloud, and Big Data Analytics. 
 
Outside of work, Aina spends time volunteering on youth and community development; he is a recipient of the Government of Ontario Community Service Award (2016) and MPP Mike Colle Community Volunteer & Leadership Award (2015). Kola enjoys building relationships with people and exploring human-technology interaction, playing soccer, exploring remote places, and listening to all genres of music
