Students in Distress
We all play a critical role in the mental health and well-being of our students. Many instructors have the unique position to identify escalating issues. Students often feel more comfortable approaching a professor about issues they may be dealing with, whether stress or urgent financial needs. Below are on- and off-campus resources you can share.

After Hours Assistance
Inform students that they have support resources outside regular business and school hours. One resource is Good2Talk -- a free and confidential helpline for students providing professional counselling.
