The LA&PS Aspiration Award was created to support third year students in the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies, who have demonstrated academic improvement between their first and second years of study. Recipients must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons and Ontario residents who demonstrate financial need. In any year, if there were more suitable candidates than awards to be granted, then the Award(s) have been granted to the candidates with the greatest increase in GPA between their first and second years. The award is renewable if recipients maintain the same/or greater sessional GPA between their 2nd and 3rd year.
