The LA&PS Experiential Education (EE) Office is committed to supporting students participating in Work Integrated Learning (WIL) experiences. WIL bursaries are designed to provide financial assistance to students in the Co-op Program or for those enrolled in a Course-Based Placement. We are committed to reducing financial barriers and supporting WIL experiences, which offer valuable skill development and often serve as students' first exposure to the professional workplace in the field. Co-op Bursary
If you’ve been accepted into the optional LA&PS Co-op Program and have financial needs, you could be eligible for a bursary to help cover all or a portion of the $200 Co-op Program Enrolment Fee. LA&PS WIL Access Fund (Bursary)
Thank you for your interest in the LA&PS Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Access Fund (Bursary). We are committed to supporting students in overcoming financial barriers to participate in WIL opportunities. Can bursaries affect my OSAP funding?
Additional bursaries/changes to your income may affect your OSAP eligibility/funding. Please visit the YorkU OSAP website for more information or contact Student Support & Advising.
Where will the Co-op Bursary fund be deposited?
The bursary will be deposited into your York University student account. If you do not have a balance owing, you may request a refund via Student Financial Services to transfer the award from your student account to your bank account.
For the LA&PS WIL Access Fund: If approved, when will funds be released?
