LA&PS offers an optional course outline template for instructors. This template includes language to support communications with students and recommended sections as shared in the Senate Guidelines for the Preparation of Course Outlines/Syllabi. Instructors are encouraged to use the template when designing their courses to help ensure consistency with York's Grading Policies. Supporting the template are pages on course policies, sourcing course materials and teaching with the course outline.
