In this edition of The Scoop, learn about studying abroad in Costa Rica, upcoming fairs, art exhibits and so much more.

Las Nubes Building

Study at the Las Nubes EcoCampus!

York International has received funding from the Canadian Government's Global Skills Opportunities (GSO) Program to support student enrollment in Summer courses at the Las Nubes EcoCampus. The funding specifically targets underrepresented York students, including those who identify as BIPOC, come from low-income backgrounds and/or have disabilities. Successful students will receive a full bursary to cover costs associated with participating in the course.

Students will be given an unprecedented opportunity to interact with and learn from the local rural Costa Rican communities through first-hand lessons on tropical ecology, sustainability, indigenous education, arts, health and conservation.

Application Deadline: February 10 at 11:59 p.m.
