View courses to take ahead of time and begin planning your schedule.

Please note the different summer terms when looking at classes. The SU term runs for the whole summer, S1 covers the first half of the summer and S2 covers the second half. View important dates for summer 2026 to learn the specific start and end dates for each term.

Get help choosing courses! Want to discuss your academic plan? Thinking of adding a minor, certificate or double major? Now is the time to connect with your LA&PS academic advisor. Expect higher demand and wait times for academic advising once the enrolment windows open.

Tips for summer registration:

  • Take note of any prerequisites indicated in the course descriptions. Students will be de-enrolled from classes if they haven’t completed the necessary prerequisites.
  • Make sure you’re selecting classes that don’t have time conflicts with each other.
  • Whenever a course is full or restricted, contact the department offering the course to ask about your options – for example, being added to a waitlist or requesting permission to enrol. Academic advisors cannot provide course permissions. Please note that not all departments offer waitlists for full courses.
