Are you confused about co-ops? Our FAQ will help you navigate the world of co-ops and answer any questions you may have. Whether you're unsure about eligibility, cost or courses, we've got the expertise to assist you.
Not a problem! It will be much like the Internship Program, where you will still graduate with the Internship Work Term Course on your transcript and have the work experience, but you will not graduate with a Co-op designation on your transcript.
Current interns should reach out to the Co-op team by emailing lapscoop@yorku.ca.
- You will complete your first 4-month work term in the Internship Program and be transferred to the Co-op Program in the Fall 2024 work term.
- We will let your employer know of the change when you secure your summer internship.

Students who still have a minimum of 9 credits remaining to complete their degree will be automatically grandfathered into the LA&PS Co-op Program. You will not have to re-apply and your job search will remain the same.
