Speak English with Confidence!

York International is accepting applications for the English Conversation Partners (ECP) Program. The ECP Program takes place over 7 weeks, providing a fun and enriching experience for students (Student Peers) who speak English as an additional language looking to be paired with a student (Conversation Partner) that speaks English proficiently and fluently. Students will engage in meaningful conversations, build friendships, learn about cultures and attend fun events!

There are two ways to participate in the program:
Student Peer – Students looking to build their confidence in speaking the English language by practicing and engaging in conversations throughout the program.
Conversation Partner – Domestic and international students who are fluent and proficient in English and are comfortable facilitating conversations in a safe and welcoming environment.

If you have any questions regarding the program, please contact York International directly at intlstudentquestions@yorku.ca.
