If you like “As we may think”
Reading Bush’s “As We May Think” made me think of James Burke’s work. (James Burk is the guy from that TV series Connections, and has written a bunch of books and stuff for Scientific American.)
If you are interested in reading about how the development of many technologies are deeply interrelated, check out his book “The Pinball Effect: How Renaissance Water Gardens Made the Carburetor Possible.”
